What a good kids' club offers
Look for supervised activities, a safe space and trained staff. Good clubs organise sports, crafts, games and sometimes excursions.
Questions to ask
- Age groups. Are there separate groups for toddlers, children and teenagers?
- Opening hours. Is it open morning, afternoon and evening?
- Staff. What qualifications do they have, and what is the staff-to-child ratio?
- Safety. How do they handle drop-off, pick-up, allergies and first aid?
- Cost. Is it included, or are there extra fees?
- Language. Are staff able to communicate with your children?

Do your homework
Read recent reviews from families with children of similar ages, and look at photographs of the club.
Don't over-schedule
Children also enjoy unstructured time with parents. Mix club time with family activities.
Policies vary, so check with the resort directly.
